At ShinboneAlley.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. You have 30 days to return or exchange item to us. If you wish to exchange an item or return an item for a refund, simply email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Please be sure to provide information regarding the purchase, date, reason for your request and your best telephone contact information.
Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (less cost of shipping ) or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase date. Sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped.
A return label will be emailed to you upon request to send the item(s) back to us. Print the label and affix it to the package. Upon return and receipt of the product, Shinbone Alley will exchange, refund, or credit the item for the merchandise price, less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tags and labels still attached, with a copy of the packing slip and the reason for return included. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.
NOTE: When shipping a product back to Shinbone Alley, customers should choose the shipper that shows on the label. Please take note of the tracking number indicated on your return label, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
